ABOUT US
We are an Artisanal Crèmerie (hence Artis + erie) for plant-based gelato and sorbets.
We started churning gelato in July 2019. We operate out of our cloud kitchen, currently in Business Bay, Dubai UAE.

a. Ingredients, ingredients, ingredients!
We don’t use any refined or processed ingredients, emulsifiers, artificial colors, artificial flavoring, essences or syrups. Instead we use real ingredients such as pistachios, fresh bananas, essential oils, coffee beans, cardamom and saffron.
b. All our gelato are made from scratch in small batches in our own kitchens.
c. Since one of our brand values is Nutritious, we make sure every ingredient added to our gelato has some nutritious value.
A plant-based diet is one which is entirely derived from plants. Our gelato fits perfectly into this lifestyle!
We are an online store, and deliver to customers every week to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Scoops of select flavors are also sold at Little Erth by Nabz & G, located in JLT, and a custom Star Anise gelato is paired with warm brownie and chili chocolate fudge at Moreish Café in Oud Metha!
We operate out of our dark kitchen in Business Bay, Dubai UAE. We are an online shop and deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah every week!

ABOUT OUR GELATO
We have nutritional facts for our flavors derived from a software program. Our lab tests for the same information is currently underway.
All our products are plant-based, hence vegan.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free. Our production facilities are also dairy and gluten free. However, there may be traces of gluten in the individual ingredients we procure, due to them being processed or handled in common factories.
We are free of common allergens such as gluten, soy and of course, dairy.
However, most flavors use a blend of cashew and coconut mylks, and hence have tree nuts. Please contact us for flavors that are nut-free.
All our products are inherently gluten-free. So is our premise. However, the individual ingredients we procure may have been processed in facilities that also process other substances with gluten. Hence, there are chances that there may be traces of gluten in them.
Our gelato are currently not suitable for people with diabetes or keto diets - however, we will be working on a range of flavors that will be soon!
Our gelato have a base of coconut and cashew milk blend, or just coconut milk depending upon the flavor. Since we love R&D, and want to make sure we satisfy a range of tastes, we will be exploring other “mylk” bases too!
Our gelato are currently not certified organic. However we make sure, when possible, we procure ingredients that are non-GMO, organic and chemical free. For instance, the jaggery we use is chemical free, and our raw sugar is organic. We only use organic turmeric and ginger for our signature Healer flavor.
We use a dash of Indian guar gum in our gelato, which is extracted from a vegetable grown abundantly and is part of daily diets in India. In small quantities, guar gum has shown to alleviate symptoms of IBS and aid in digestion!
Depending on the flavor, we use either organic jaggery (also known as rapadura in some parts of the world), organic raw sugar or dates. We only use unrefined sweeteners to ensure they add nutritional value, such as trace minerals, to the gelato. Moreover, our gelato has about 20-30% less added sugar than most commercial ice creams!

We charge AED 7 for delivering single tubs of gelato within Dubai. For more than one tub, delivery is free. We charge AED 10 for deliveries to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and request a minimum of two tubs.
The GoodScoop is a club membership and loyalty program all in one. If you pay AED 305 upfront, you are subscribing to a weekly delivery of two tubs for 4 weeks. This is a 15% discount on the amount you would otherwise pay for 8 tubs of gelato. Besides the substantial discount, the perks of this club membership include first dibs on new flavors, and a free tub of seasonal flavors (if prepared during the period of the membership).
The GoodScoop club order ships every week, on Monday and Thursday of the week. We will contact you ahead of time to confirm the day best suitable to you.
When you purchase the GoodScoop club online, you are paying upfront for 8 tubs at a 15% discount.
Please contact us on Whatsapp or through the contact form on our website to cancel and do let us know why you would like to cancel your membership; after all feedback means everything to us! We will then refund you the prorated amount, which will be the difference in price (original minus the discounted price) for the tubs delivered plus the amount for the unused tubs.
Yes absolutely! We will ask you at the time of purchase, the flavors you wish to receive every week. However we are happy to change the flavors prior to delivery, as long as we have stock of the flavor requested!

There are a few factors that differentiate traditional gelato from ice cream:
- Gelato has less fat content compared to ice creams
- Gelato are denser than ice creams, as they are churned much slower and have lesser air pumped into them. This is also why gelato have much more flavor to them!
- Gelato should be stored in higher temperatures (-10 to -13) compared to ice creams(-18 and colder). Freezers at home are set at -18 or colder, which is why you would have to ideally leave our tubs of gelato outside for 10-15 minutes before you can get a soft scoop out.
Having said that, traditionally dairy milk-based gelato tend to have more sugar content that ice creams.However, on the contrary, our gelato have about 20-30% less sugar content that most commercial ice creams!
